Too many trainees dedicate a respectable amount of time and effort in their training routine without achieving their desired results.

One of the main reasons that too many trainees don’t fulfill their potential despite the human body’s phenomenal ability to transform and adapt in endless ways- is that the world of fitness is full of misconceptions, rumors, and not evidence-based “facts,” making it hard for the individual to find the right path to healthy and productive progress.

I support trainees for more than 16 years by formulating programs that consider every critical aspect to maximize achievements, from picking the sufficient training volume and intensity, the right exercises, and understanding their goals and limitations.

I believe that the route to enjoyable, healthy, and productive progress requires that each trainee has the proper support and technical feedback, with a training program that is easy to understand and challenging to execute.

Hi, my name is Alon Manhart. I’m 38 years old and currently living in Tel Aviv, Israel. I’ve been a certified fitness trainer since 2009, and I also hold a Master’s degree in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology.

As a psychologist in the field of sport and performance, I combine mental and physical approaches to help people improve not only their bodies, but also their focus, motivation, and overall well-being.

I believe the key to successful training lies in understanding that there isn’t just one key—but rather many different tools that must be adapted to the individual. These tools should be grounded in empirical, evidence-based research.
